The Lobster Neck Weight is an innovative and unique weight system designed for freediving training. This product combines functionality, comfort, and a streamlined design, making it a favorite worldwide among both beginner and experienced freedivers.

The Neck Weight system consists of a base weight of 1.5 kg and four additional segments of 400, 300, 200, and 100 grams. This allows you to adjust the total weight to your personal preference, body type, and training goals. The set has a total weight of 2.5 kg and comes with 6 rubber plugs to securely hold the segments in place.

Lobster designed this product to sit as close as possible to the freediver’s center of gravity—the point where upward and downward forces are balanced. This ensures better stability, more efficient underwater movement, and helps you cover greater distances with less effort.

Additionally, the system is developed to avoid straining the freediver’s neck. Thanks to its cleverly designed shape and flexible material, you can easily bring your arms above your head without restricting movement. The extra weights smoothly follow the curvature of the spine, allowing maximum freedom of motion.

For added comfort, the collar includes soft silicone inserts that adapt to the shape of your neck and reduce pressure on the collarbone. This makes long training sessions more pleasant and safer.
